We can't guarantee that. At present, the charity isn't in a financial position to make refund payments, and we can't yet say whether or when that will change. If you register your request for a refund, we'll assess whether you're entitled to a refund as part of the charity's ongoing processes. We're sorry we can't give you more certainty right now.
We understand some of you would love to do a bit of both and we are thankful. Unfortunately however, working out where each ticket holder stands is complex, so we can only offer one option per order. You can either treat the value of your 2026 ticket order as a donation, or register a request for a refund.
If you've registered a refund request, yes. You can choose instead to treat the value of your 2026 ticket order as a donation at any time before we've emailed you with the outcome of your request. Please email [email protected] if you would like us to update this for you.
If you've chosen to donate, that choice is final. Once you've confirmed it, the value of your ticket order becomes a gift to the charity, and if you've made a Gift Aid declaration, we may be able to claim Gift Aid on it. So please take the time you need before you decide.
Yes. The choice is made once for each order, by the person who made the purchase, through the account used to buy the tickets. If you bought tickets for other people, we'd encourage you to talk with them before you decide.
Please speak to the person who made the booking. Choices are made once for each order, through the account used to buy the tickets, so only they can make the choice for your order.
Yes. All tickets and extras purchased through our website as part of your 2026 order are included.
Yes. When you log on to make your choice, you will see all your orders that were made for Big Church 2026 under your account. You will need to make a decision about each order and you're welcome to make a different choice for each.
We can't say yet. We're not able to confirm whether refunds will be made or in what amount. We'll assess each refund request, including whether the ticket holder is entitled to a refund based on legal advice. But at present, the charity isn't in a financial position to make refund payments, and we can't yet say whether or when that will change. We're sorry we can't give you more certainty right now.
We haven't set a deadline. But knowing what everyone has chosen helps us understand the charity's financial position and plan the next steps, so we'd be very grateful if you could make your choice as soon as you're able. We understand for some that will take time.
That is so generous. Yes. The easiest way of doing that is through our partners at Stewardship Services here - https://www.stewardship.org.uk/partners/bigchurchfestival
How do I actually log in and register my choice - step by step?
- Log in to your Big Church account.
- Find your 2026 order(s).
- Click the "Donate / Request a refund" button next to each order.
- Enter the amount you want to donate or refund.
- Confirm your decision.
Our deepest hope is that Big Church Festival can continue. There's a lot we need to work through before we know exactly what that looks like, therefore at this time we are unable to transfer any tickets. If there is a future festival, we’d love though to welcome you back!
We know many of you had costs connected to your weekend with us, and we're so sorry. Unfortunately, we can't consider claims for costs such as travel or accommodation.
We sent the email to whoever bought the tickets. So if a friend, family member or group leader booked for you, it'll be in their inbox, not yours.
If you bought the tickets yourself:
- Check your spam or junk folder. Sometimes our emails end up in there by mistake.
- Search your inbox for "Big Church Festival".
- Still nothing? Email us at [email protected] with your name and order number (if you have it), and we'll sort it for you.
Please login to your account here, you can click on forgotten password if you need to update this.
If you were at Big Church Festival last weekend, we want you to know that we are thinking of you.
What happened on Friday was a tragedy, and we know that many of you – whether you witnessed the incident directly, gave support or were simply present on site – may be finding these days difficult. That is completely understandable.
On our Processing what happened page you will find some gentle guidance on caring for yourself in the days ahead, details of organisations offering immediate support, and information about the further support we are putting in place for those most directly involved.
