A much-loved feature of Big Church Festival, The Makers Market is brimming with hand-picked stalls from incredible independent makers. Think handmade jewellery, homeware, original artwork, gifts and more. Previously located near the Garden Stage, The Makers Market will now have pride of place at the top of the hill, next to the Worship Tent, with even more stalls and space to browse. It’s the perfect spot to spend an afternoon, coffee in hand – you’re sure to find a treat for yourself or someone you love.

In 2026, over 35,000 people will gather for a weekend they’ll never forget, and your organisation or business can be right at the heart of it.

From vibrant market stalls to eye-catching big screens, there’s a range of exciting promotional opportunities to suit every budget. It’s the perfect way to share your message, showcase your mission and connect with thousands of like-minded people.

Applications for the Makers Market will close on December 12th, 2025, and applicants will be contacted in January 2026 to confirm if their application has been successful.  For The Expo and all other advertising opportunities, we will respond to you within 14 days of receiving your application to let you know if it has been accepted. If you haven’t heard from us after 14 days, then please let us know by emailing [email protected].

Our aim is to provide the best experience for our guests, exhibitors and advertisers. We may reject applications if we have already received applications from similar trades or ministries. For this reason, we advise you to submit your application as soon as possible.

Most stands/stalls will need insurance cover of at least £5 million. However, if your stand is a table and pop-up only, then we can accept Public Liability Insurance of at least 2 million. If you are unsure please email [email protected]

The Expo and The Makers Market are very different. The Makers Market is only open to businesses that fit the criteria of ‘unique or handmade artwork, craftwork or gifts’. If you’re unsure, feel free to email us at exhibitors@bigchurchfestival.com.

Yes. Advertising is the same in both versions of the programme but you will need to supply us with two different size adverts.

After your application has been accepted, you’ll be sent an invoice which will need to be paid within 14 days.
